Important Notice Regarding Shipments to the United States

- U.S. duties/taxes/fees are not included at checkout.
- We will email the amount; separate payment is required.

Thank you for your continued support of One Control.
In the United States, the de minimis (tax-free threshold) has been abolished, and all shipments are now subject to customs duties and taxes regardless of the declared value. In response to this change, we will implement the following measures for deliveries to customers residing in the U.S.
• Change of Shipping Method
For U.S.-bound shipments, we will discontinue EMS and will ship via Yamato Transport International TA-Q-BIN (delivered by UPS) going forward.
• Duties, Taxes, and Other Fees
Product prices and shipping charges do not include U.S. customs duties, taxes, or related fees. These additional costs will be calculated after you place your order, and we will contact you separately regarding payment. Please see below for details.
• How We Will Invoice You
After your order is completed, our staff will review the order and calculate the additional costs (duties, taxes, and related fees).
We will then email you the calculated amount. If you agree, please proceed with payment. Once your payment is confirmed, we will proceed with shipment (excluding store holidays).
If we cannot confirm payment of the additional fees, your order will be canceled.
Note: At checkout, U.S. customs duties, taxes, and related fees are not included. These will be calculated after your order is placed, and we will contact you separately for payment. Please refer to the section above.
• Breakdown of Additional Costs
Additional fees related to U.S.-bound deliveries may include the following:
・Customs duty (+ any additional duties depending on the product)
・Customs clearance/brokerage fee
・Carrier handling fee
• Please Note
Due to the abolition of the de minimis threshold, U.S. import clearance and customs inspections may take longer, and significant delivery delays may occur. Please place your order with sufficient lead time.
If a parcel is returned to us due to non-delivery or refusal, we will charge you for all costs incurred in connection with the return.

米国において de minimis（免税基準）が廃止され、申告価格にかかわらずすべての荷物が関税・税金の対象となりました。
この変更に伴い、当店ではアメリカ在住のお客様へのお届けについて以下の対応を行います。
配送方法の変更：
アメリカ向けの配送については、従来のEMS発送を終了し、今後はヤマト国際宅急便（運送委託先UPS）にて発送いたします。
関税・手数料等の諸費用について：
商品価格や送料には、米国の関税や手数料等の追加費用は含まれていません。
これらの追加費用は注文後に計算し、後日、当店から別途請求に関するご連絡を差し上げます。詳細は下記をご覧ください。
当店でのご請求方法：
お客様が注文完了した後、当店のスタッフがご注文内容を確認し、関税や手数料等の追加費用を算出します。
後日、算出した金額をメールでご連絡しますので、了承いただける場合は支払いの手続きをお願いいたします。お支払いが確認でき次第、発送手続きを行います。（※店休日を除く）
なお、追加料金のお支払いが確認できない場合は、ご注文をキャンセルさせていただきます。

ご注意ください：
免税制度の撤廃に伴い、アメリカ側の輸入通関や税関検査などに時間がかかり、お届けに大幅な遅延が発生しております。余裕を持ってご注文ください。
お荷物をお受け取りいただけずに当店へ返品となった場合、返品にかかったすべての費用をご請求させていただきます。
